Well done to all who have came along and taken part, huge thanks to Coach Luke who has been just fantastic at teaching, motivating and encouraging our TGB team. Another fabulous lunch and talk for our Step Out group today at TGB Gatehouse. Lorna Willock gave us some fantastic tips on nutrition, healthy body and healthy mind.

Well tomorrow lots of hard work comes to fruition as we have the official opening of our Shed here at TGB Gatehouse. The men have been busy getting it prepared. We are so grateful to everyone who has supported this project. We would love to see you at the mill on the fleet grounds, Gatehouse of Fleet at 11am

Head along to TGB at Number 1 High Street, Gatehouse of Fleet for this afternoons session. Bring along whatever you are working on. Knitters and cross stitched welcome too but help is on hand for all levels of crocheting.
